1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Polotrip, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

Polotrip is a SaaS that allows you to create, edit, and share interactive digital travel albums, including features like a timeline, interactive map, and Spotify integration.

3. User Account

To use Polotrip, you need to create an account using your email or social login via Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Polotrip operates on a "pay-per-album" model, charging BRL 19.99 for albums with up to 100 photos. All payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable, except in cases provided for by Brazilian law.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the photos and other content you upload to Polotrip. By using our service, you grant Polotrip a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you and the people with whom you share your albums.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share any content you upload to Polotrip and that this content does not violate third-party rights.

6. Album Sharing

Polotrip allows you to share albums through unique links. Only people with access to the link will be able to view the album. You are responsible for managing who you share your links with and for the content of the shared albums.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Polotrip to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, defamatory, or third-party rights-violating content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or parts of the service to which you do not have permission
• Distribute malware or carry out attacks on the service
• Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes

8. Storage and Access to Images

Images uploaded to the platform are stored in a public storage service, but access to the albums is restricted through unique links. By sharing an album, you agree that anyone with the link can view the images it contains. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the user sharing the link.

9. Cancellation and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time, notifying users of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute related to these terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Brazilian courts.
